Omni-Seal Water Resistant Sealer represents an innovation for sealing and enhancing our premium architectural masonry units. It is a liquid membrane sealer of 100% acrylic polymer formulation creating a full-gloss, smooth finish to protect and enhance the appearance of the architectural block. Cosmetically, Omni-Seal actually enhances the beauty of the aggregate and richness of the color of the masonry.
This breathable resistance is impervious to liquids, yet is vapor/air permeable. It provides excellent protection from the elements, such as water, alkalis, acids, air borne pollutants and ultraviolet light, without loosing the clear gloss finish.
The air dry feature of this coating allows for quick handling (approximately 15 minutes). As an interior and/or exterior finish, it can be applied by spray, brush or roller. It attains the smooth finish at low film builds; 4-6 wet mils applied is recommended.
- Gallon Coverage: 150 - 200 Sq. Ft.(When applied using sprayer).
