FIREPLACE INSERT

A fireplace feature not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of your outdoor living space but also serves practical purposes, making it an invaluable addition to your design. To streamline the construction process and boost efficiency, we have developed a specialized wood-burning fireplace insert that enables the creation of unique and visually stunning outdoor fireplaces. 

This premium insert is crafted from 1/4-inch thick, durable carbon steel, ensuring it can withstand various weather conditions and heavy use over time. Each insert is powder-coated to add an extra layer of protection and packaged with a log grate to round out the finished look of the fireplace.

Central to the design is the built-in lintel that is specifically designed to work seamlessly with Country Stone wall block, allowing blocks to “bridge” over the fireplace opening without requiring extra steel reinforcement or complicated grinding processes. This heavy-duty fireplace insert also includes an integral rectangular flue support, able to accommodate various liner sizes. Additionally, the insert features an innovative smoke chamber that promotes increased chimney “draw.” This feature efficiently evacuates smoke, minimizing the risk of smoke buildup and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere around the fireplace.
